How to change desktop wallpaper / background on Win 7

To change the desktop wallpaper, click Start Button and go to Control Panel.

Find Change Desktop Background.You can reach that panel by right clicking to your desktop then select personalization.

If you want a single solid color background; select color in that panel. If you want to use a picture as wallpaper ; select one of these pictures. If the picture you want is not in the desktop background list, click picture location , or click Browse to locate a wallpaper on your computer. Then double-click it to make your desktop wallpaper.

If you select a centered or fitted wallpaper, you can frame your wallpaper with a solid background. Select Picture position in the drop down arrow menu, click Fit or Center then change background color.

You can change desktop wallpaper by right click to any picture in your computer.Then select Set as Desktop Background.
