Acceptance of Terms

1. Information You Provide

1. Best HD Wallpaper (or third parties acting on its behalf) may collect information related to your use of the Site.    • Violates any law, statute, or regulation.

Miscellanous

1. Dispute Resolution :Any disputes or claims that arise out of or relate to this Agreement, or its breach, will be resolved through binding arbitration. The arbitration will be conducted under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the Turkiye Consumer Arbitration Committee or the International Centre for Dispute Resolution, effective as of the start date of arbitration. The arbitration will take place in the Kayseri Courts of the Republic of Turkiye, and the proceedings will be conducted in Turkish. There will be one arbitrator appointed, and each party will be responsible for its own arbitration costs. Despite this arbitration agreement, Best HD Wallpaper retains the right to initiate legal proceedings in any court of competent jurisdiction to seek injunctive or other equitable relief when deemed necessary or appropriate.
2. Governing Law :These Terms of Use will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkiye, without regard to conflict of law principles. Legal proceedings related to these terms, if not subject to arbitration, will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Turkiye.
3. Supremacy of the Terms :In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Use and any specific license agreement you may have with Best HD Wallpaper, the terms of the specific license agreement will prevail.
